This Privacy Policy explains how DineHub collects, uses, and shares information when you use our application and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information — information you provide when you create or use an account, such as your phone number, name, or email address.
- Location information — location information when you allow it, used to show restaurants and related information near you.
- Service information — information associated with orders, reservations, payments, and support requests that you make through the service.
- Device information — device and notification information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the service.
- Process transactions and requests you make through the service.
- Communicate with you about your account, orders, reservations, or support requests.
- Maintain the security and reliability of the service.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, such as payment, communications, hosting, and notification providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, our users, or others.
Your choices
You can manage device permissions in your device settings. You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Account details → Delete account.
If you have uninstalled the app, email support@dinehubus.com to request deletion of your DineHub account and associated personal data. Include the phone number used for the account. See Delete your DineHub account for details. This is a permanent deletion, not an account freeze.
After you delete your account, we may retain certain records as required by applicable law, including tax and accounting obligations (typically 5–7 years). Those records are stored so they are no longer linked to your account in the app.
